My recommendation is that you use

loose powder or pressed stone foundation.

Loose powder should be used over the liquid foundation

and it should be applied with a brush, as evenly as possible.

Pressed or stone foundation should be used

for more covering and matte effect,

without using any liquid make-up.

Because your skin breathes, after some time it’s quite normal

for your face to become more shiny.

When you notice that glowing effect, you should use paper towel,

paper handkerchief or similar product made for that purpose.
